We went to an island in Cambodia with a lot of cats. A LOT of cats. Seriously, there were at least 11, right at our resort. And 6 of them were kittens. Yeah, like I said, A LOT of cats. And they all had stubby tails. So, here’s the list:
Dapples: Calico cat that hung out on our deck. Great for reading with because she will sleep on your lap. A little nippy.
Amberjack: Ginger tabby cat. Pregnant. Would find her way into our bungalow in the middle of the night and try to get onto our beds.
Moon: (AKA Salt-With-A-Little-Bit-Of-Pepper) A pretty white cat with light tan nose and tail tip. Didn’t see much, so didn’t get to know personality well.
Tip-tip: Ginger tabby tom-cat. Didn’t see much, so didn’t get to know personality well.
Mama: Tortoiseshell and white tabby cat. A little grouchy with her 6 kittens, but not hostile to humans.
Sunny: Ginger tabby kitten.
Sandy: Ginger tabby kitten.
Golden: Ginger tabby kitten.
Whiteleg: Ginger tabby kitten with one white leg.
Jackdaw: Tuxedo kitten
Frosty: White kitten with light tan nose and tail tip. A little shy.
I think that there was another cat that looked like Mama, but neither I nor Kavi saw her enough to name her.
Here are some pictures of cats and kittens:
I also have a little video of the kittens to prove that there are 6. We can’t post videos on the blog directly, but here’s a link to view it on YouTube: https://youtu.be/iQ9wPm5Tbes
